Cancellation Policy

At Ethereal Wellness & Esthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you—and our team prepares in advance to give you the best possible care. As a small business, missed appointments directly impact our staff, our schedule, and other clients waiting for care.
 
To maintain the integrity of our service and respect everyone’s time, we’ve created the following cancellation policy:
 
CREDIT CARD ON FILE:
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card is not charged upon booking, but it may be charged in accordance with this cancellation policy.
 
CANCELLATION WINDOW:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).
 
NO-SHOW POLICY:
Failure to show up without notice is considered a no-show and will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). Additionally, clients who no-show without the courtesy of communication will no longer be allowed to pre-book services. In some cases, we may not accept future appointments from that guest at all.
 
HOW TO CANCEL:
Cancellations must be submitted through your online booking portal, by phone call, or by text during business hours. Messages sent after hours will be considered received on the next business day.

But please understand: we cannot absorb the financial impact of emergencies, illness, or last-minute changes. This policy isn’t personal—it’s business sustainability. Our team members are highly skilled professionals who deserve to be compensated for their time, whether a client shows up or not.
